Butte, MT 59701. We have 12 sports: Archery, basketball, cycling, golf, racquetball, tennis, table tennis,
bowling, swimming, road race, horseshoes, softball, and track&field.
You can download registration forms in PDF format but must mail in the forms.
Sorry, there is no internet registration. Registration Form A is the participant information form while Registration
Form B is for the particular events. Use information from the Registration Info Booklet and Sports Rules Booklet (
below) to properly fill out Form B.

Please send a check for the correct amount, adding registration fee, event fees, banquet fee (optional),
buffet fee (optional). T-shirt fee (optional) and donation if you so wish. AND don’t forget to sign the liability
