You will be able to download registration forms in PDF format in early Spring (but must mail in the forms). Sorry, there is no internet registration. Registration Form A is the participant information form while Registration Form B is for the particular events. Use information from the Registration Info Booklet and Sports Rules Booklet (below) to properly fill out Form B.

Please send a check for the correct amount, adding registration fee, event fees, banquet fee (optional), buffet fee (optional). T-shirt fee (optional) and donation if you so wish. AND don’t forget to sign the liability release.
